Nowadays plastics are one of the most use products. Plastic are contained many chemical and hazardous substances such as Bisphenol A (BPA), thalates, antiminitroxide, and polyfluorinated chemicals etc. It can be seen in almost everywhere not knowing that it is bad for us and for our planet. It is one of the main problem of causing a major damage to life forms of the Earth. Stopping a production of plastics seems so impossible because many company benefits from it. If we don't do something about it our planet will slowly but surely die because of mankind.

The environment greatly suffer because of plastic. Not all wasted plastics are being recycled most of the plastics will be burned that will damage the atmosphere of the Earth and also the animals and plants near it will be damaged. The other effects of plastics are mostly in the ocean, animals mistakenly ate plastics because they thought plastics are food or sometimes it goes to the holes of the animals and the plants is dying because of the chemicals caused by plastics. Though animals and plants are not the only one who is affected. Humans can harbor disease from plastics such as cancer, skin burn, eyes iritation, lungs problems, and liver dysfunction etc.

To stop the use of plastics, we need to take one step at a time and baby steps. One of the solution is to participate by reducing the amount of plastic that you will by. One of the alternative way is to buy food or drinks that in the glass or metal products and buy metal straw. We can make a request to the mayors of our city to required restaurant and fast food chains to replace plastic products with metal or glass products.
