The quality of education during pandemic Covid-19 in Malaysia affects students learnings'. Students, in particular, are impacted in these situations. They become mentally and psychologically drained. Despite having a connection issue and juggling between gadgets. The number of parents who can afford to provide their children with the devices is also limited. Meanwhile, for the educators, online teaching presented a whole new set of challenges, even more so when it was introduced hastily when schools were first closed. Therefore, the Malaysian government needs to accelerate the move towards digitalization of the education system to improve the quality of education in the country. The digitalization process could not be achieved if the country lacks adequate Internet connection and interconnectivity. We hope there is some change in the quality of education in these critical situations.
