Actress Kangana Ranaut, notorious for her controversial remarks, has resorted to a series of vile attacks on Bengalis in general and WB CM Mamata Banerjee in particular, comparing the latter to a "blood thirsty demon", urging PM Narendra Modi to unleash his early-2000s (Godhra and after) form to "tame" her. Her xenophobic tweets have already forced twitter to permanently delete her account, but her venom-spewing continues unabated on other social media platforms.
We, peace-seeking citizens of WB, strongly condemn such atrocious, provocative statements coming from a lady followed by millions of cine-lovers but blatantly flouting her social responsibilities. We urge all peace-loving citizens to sign this petition wherein we appeal to the democratically elected WB government to ban Kangana Ranaut's films from being released in WB-a state whose people she has insulted again and again.
