Pakistan should give citizenship to Rohingya who have lived here for a quarter century

Rohingya minority in Myanmar(Burma) has been subjected to genocide by the majority population as well the security forces of the country. This is not the first time such atrocities have been inflicted on Rohingya in Myanmar.
There is a swell of sympathy for the cause of Rohingya people in Pakistan. There is little Pakistan can realistically do at the state level to stop the atrocities in Myanmar. However there is something within the power of Pakistan government that can be done immediately that will help them.
Pakistan is home to a large population of Rohingya people who fled earlier bouts of violence. They have lived in Pakistan for over a quarter century but are still treated as illegal foreigners. They are denied citizenship. Police considers them ripe targets for extortion.

With the present state of the government, only a very loud voice will be heard by the government, so please make this your cause.
