Dipankar Chowdhury started this petition to Goverment of India

On 15th August 1947, India was got independence (?). Which independence? Full or half? "Indian Independence Act 1947"  says that India and Pakistan became two dominions of Britain. What is Dominion? That means India will stayed as a territory of Britain. They will control us from their country. British Nationality Act 1948 says that every Indian citizens is a British Subject, India and Pakistan is mentioned there.

Somebody thinks that after 1950, there is no connection between India and Britain. Is it correct? Indian(Consequential Provision) Act 1949 says that India will remain as a Commonwealth country even after Republic. India gives high amount rupees to Commonwealth.

After 75 years of so called independence, we even have not idea about

●What happened with Netaji. Is he alive or not. Where is he.

●Why have we not a permanent membership of UN.

●What actually happened on 15th August 1947 and 26th January 1950.

●Is Indian Independence Act 1947, British Nationality Act 1948, Indian(Consequential Provision) Act 1948 still applicable for India?

●What is the current situation of Article 41 of UN Security Council.

●What is the true fact about our Indian Constitution?
Are we really independent under this system??
If we are independent than why still active 1861 IPC act, 1835 educational act, 1935 Indian ruling act and others Ruling acts which were made to keep us slaves

GOVERMENT OF INDIA,

Publish all documents about TRANSFER OF POWER and COMMONWEALTH. We have to know about our independence. 75 years have already gone. We can't wait for more time.

WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT OUR MOTHERLAND.
