Current data protection laws stop the driving test to be filmed. Within the 20 years I have operated as a driving instructor I have seen or herd of many discrepancies on the driving test which under current legislation means no real action can be taken. The DVSA had over 1000 complaints against examiners within just one year from the general public. Let us open the doors to make sure every test is conducted fairly. I believe a driving test should be allowed to be filmed meaning everyone is accountable.
