In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, California governor Gavin Newsom continues to bombard our state with lockdowns despite lockdowns being condemned by the WHO. Our small businesses, gyms, salons, students' quality of education/grades, athletic abilities, peoples' quality of life, and most importantly, the mental health of our people continue to suffer. According to CNN, the number of suicides in Japan in the month of October was more than the deaths Covid 19 is responsible for in Japan for the entire year. Clearly, by employing lockdowns, more is being destroyed than preserved. We the people are fed up with lockdowns! Just this week Riverside County Sheriff Bianco openly criticized the governor's efforts, exposing his hypocrisy. While we the people are not able to enjoy the qualities of our society, Gavin Newsom sends his children to in-person school, goes to indoor dining whenever he feels like it, and continues to keep his own winery, PlumpJack Estate Winery open. When the president threatened to take funding away from states who did not comply with his orders Newsom called him a dictator, yet Newsom threatens to take funding away from counties who do not comply with his orders! These lockdowns are not fueled by science, but rather, politics. It is time to end these lockdowns once and for all while continuing to socially distance and wear masks. We the people are tired of the lockdowns. We the people are disgruntled with the hypocrisy. We the people want our lives back! When the will of the people and the government are no longer in parallel, it is time to stand up for what is right, because this is America.
