This email is directed to Gov. Newsom or someone in his staff who has an understanding of climate engineering, the benign kind, known as "rain making". Since California is being cut off from the natural flow of rain, and water is now of the highest priority, it sees like common sense to consider the option of rain making. There are hundreds of patents on it.

We have a surplus of money now, and it would benefit the entire State if we would implement this process. It is simply cloud seeding as is done all over the country for various reasons. It was done in Vietnam on the Ho Chi Minh Trail to keep the Viet Cong from moving supplies (Operation Popeye).

Obviously I am not recommending that type of deluge, but we need something, some remedy to this "aridification" of our once beautiful and thriving State. You have the power to see California disintegrate or rejuvenate, and I hope you will choose the latter.

Wildlife, flora and fauna, farmers and their valuable crops, and everything that has made California the Golden State, is in your hands. I can't believe anyone would be against this idea. And please be sure it is clean rain, not the type dropped from solar radiation management planes. (You know the difference.) You have a family and children who will also benefit from this positive plan.
