Gov. Abbot,

We have seen numerous advancements these last few years with regard to the unborn.  States across this nation are finally opening their eyes to the reality that the unborn are in fact unique human beings from the moment of conception.  

We know that a baby’s heart beats 22 days after conception, that’s 5 weeks 1 day after her mother’s last period.  The Texas ban at 6 weeks protects those children. 

SB8 was signed into law this last May creating a wave of hope and triumphant joy across the nation. While abortion proponents are foaming at the mouth over this, the rest of us applaud your tenacity and righteous stance for the women and children who are irreparably harmed by abortion.

We stand in favor of this bill and hope to see this as a precedent that sweeps across this great nation.  We encourage you to stand strong and continue the fight for the most vulnerable of Texans.
