IVF should be made available once for a couple where one partner doesn't have a child

IVF isn't available when one partner in a relationship already has a child.
IVF privately costs thousands and most people are unable to afford the costs.
I will need IVF to ever have a chance of conceiving a child and I am unable to have a free shot on the NHS due to my partner already having a child.
Men who have fertility issues who are in a relationship with a lady who already has a child/ren isn't allowed to have IVF or IUI due to their partner already having children.
They see couples where one partner already has a child/ren as already being a family.
We were born to reproduce and were having this taken away from us by not being given an opportunity to have a chance on the NHS like a childless relationship.
Many women and many men have severe fertility problems where their only option would be IVF and as the costs are so high these people will never be able to have a child or he a mother or a father.
It breaks my heart to know I'll never be able to afford IVF but I've learnt to live with the fact that I'll never be able to have a child.
By law if your not married you have no rights over your partners child. Therefore your not a "parent".
As much as well all love being step parents to our partners children it will never be the same as having one of our own.
I don't think it's fair that we will never have the opportunity to have a free IVF cycle on the NHS.
Something needs to change. An hopefully with enough signatures they may finally do something about this and realise that it's not fair.
