Keep YouTube Annotations!

This petition had 6 supporters

As many have seen and noticed, YouTube are discontinuing the use of annotations for all YouTubers to be replaced with End Cards. End Cards are viewable on mobile, but can only link to a video and only be shown in the last 20 seconds - hence the name END Cards - of the video in question. This means that unlike annotations, End Cards cannot be placed at any time or show text. This is a huge flaw, as soon, YouTubers will not be able to inform viewers of flaws in editing and/or flaws not seen in editing. We need annotations to continue, so all viewers can be informed of hardships and so YouTubers can create high-quality videos such as interactive quizzes and links to sections of the video.
