Request from google to add Arabic language support to their TextToSspeech engine on Android operating system.

Arabic is one of the biggest languages of the world.  The Arab world consists of 22 countries in the Middle East and North Africa: Algeria, Bahrain, the Comoros Islands, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.  There are Approximately 300 Million people, of which 8 Million are blind or partially sighted.

The  current google TextToSpeech engine (TTS) does not support Arabic language.  Hence, google did not include high quality Arabic (TTS) text-to-speech on Android system, unlike other languages.
Furthermore, as I mentioned above a large number of Arab blind people are visually impaired, and they use predominantly Android mobiles.  Therefore, it is incredibly difficult for them to use their new smart phone in their own Arabic language.  However, if google is serious and strives to have accessibility as core value and at the same time google claims that the accessibility of Google Apps is a matter of importance to them, we as Arab blind people would like to request from google to full fill their accessibility initiative and make Arabic TTS available in their google TextToSpeech engine;

At last but most importantly, I would urge everyone to sign this petition and
