Reform Google's Online Business Review Policies

Google has a wide-open set of policies that allow fake reviews to be published by anyone in the world under fake names. This is extremely damaging to businesses when a vile human decides to target someone. Due to Google's lack of regulations, malicious attacks are unable to be stopped. Many of us have worked our entire lives and stand to be destroyed by just a few days of onslaught attacks. This is not fair and absolutely falls on Google's shoulders to control it. They want us to pay to advertise yet will not protect us from attackers. It is time to demand change.
I propose the following:
restrict reviews to IP addresses within the same country
verify identity of the person creating the Google account by a form of ID, those without an ID cannot review businesses
flag and suspend accounts of those who attack others with unwarranted reviews
make reviews verified (ie the person or the business must prove they have had an interaction otherwise it is invalid and not published)
immediately remove flagged reviews until they have been thoroughly evaluated
remove repeat offenders rights to use of Google apps
