Let ANY Android app be moved to the removable SD card!

Dear Google and the Android team,
Android OS is discriminating against people with low incomes worldwide by not allowing apps to be installed on SD memory cards you plug into the phone.
With the ever growing size of the base Android operating system and Google's mandatory suite of apps taking up most of the space on entry level phones, access to technology is restricted to one or two other apps.
SD cards are far more affordable compared to overpriced built in space.
Furthermore necessary security updates require more and more space every week and leave low income users vulnerable as automatic updates simply stop occurring until they are forced to delete an app they use.
Expert users who can afford to void their warranty are able to move any app to the removable SD card by gaining full access known as root level. Google, please let anyone do this without voiding their warranty.
