I have a small startup that aims to help people with Diabetes in the UK and all over the world. Many thousands of people from many countries around the world use the Mobile App developed by my company to better manage their Diabetes. And I am doing this while working as a frontline medic. And it has been so hard to balance both of these given how difficult Admob is making our lives.

We use Admob to monetise part of our App.

This is an absolutely essential source of income for our small Startup company. Admob has limited our account without any warning and have not offered any way to contact them to try to resolve this issue.

It seems this is an issue affecting thousands of people in the UK and around the world.

Every service offered by Google where we have to pay has some sort of customer service. For example, Google Ads have robust customer service even though we only spend small amounts. This is the case for every service where Google charges us.

But in this case, where Google is paying us, they haven't offered any way to contact them. This is especially hard to accept given major share of our revenue is taken by Admob.

On top of this, Google also earns money from us via Google Ads and also takes a cut from our revenue from the Google play store. This is a classic case of a big company using its market dominance to throttle smaller companies.

Admob needs to offer small companies like ours a way to contact them so we can try to resolve any issues or a lot of us will cease to exist.

While my issue has been resolved after writing to many people, the underlying issue has not been resolved which is affecting thousands of people!
Admob needs to offer support to all individuals, not just the ones who make a lot of money for them!
