Google should be held responsible.

Just as we already know Google releases two devices under pixel name. This year it was pixel 2 and pixel 2 xl priced in the premium segment in October. The prebooking  started from 26th October in India till 15th November everything is fair here so far.

Since reviewers and buyers in western countries get their devices early,  so they started posting reviews in which they mentioned issues present in specially pixel-2-xl and boy that list is long and it was even recognized by Google and the warranty was extended to two years. This also seems fair to everyone.

Now here in India as every Android owner wants to have Google devices so everybody wanted bigger device pre-ordered pixel 2 xl knowing all the defects but since it's Google no one was worried, i mean what can go wrong back in USA they were accepting returns from unsatisfied buyers without asking them long list of questions or asking them to go to service centres.

Here all the problems started as soon as device received defects were very obvious and seemed hard to ignore at first that's when we paid more than what buyers in western countries paid. Here it was sold by Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital etc. since most of them brought online and got 10 days replacement condition but flipkart instead of replacing directed to go to service center that too in 10 days time frame.

Now buyers in western countries getting full support from retailers and Google here in India buyers meant nothing. When Google support was contacted that your retailer is not providing support executive from. Google said Google does not have any control over retailers and their policy.

Then Google started their pixel activity booth in shopping malls giving daydream vr to the buyers this was happening within in a week after 15th November and those who pre ordered were left dumb stuck about it. When Google support was contacted they denied it completely by saying they don't know anything about it, then after showing they accepted they are running this offer.

Now on 8th December after three weeks the prices is reduced by ₹ 8000 excluding all the offers this was also communicated to Google but no answers received.

1 Now I want to say all the buyers should be provided same level of services irrespective of the country.

2 How can Google deny and lie about the offers when they are the on organising it.

3 Pixel is a Google product they have every right to reduce its price but there should be some rules as within three weeks so. much reduction in price is unjustified.

4 Most important of all if there were so many issues in pixel 2 then how come they were released and Google straight away offered extra warranty this doesn't sound right too because they do knew about this.

I want every one who bought any nexus or pixel device in past should sign this and share this as we should also at same level.
