Get Google to stop making me switch accounts I'm already signed into on my computer
Most people are signed into multiple Google Drive accounts at any given time. When they try to open links for Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet invites, etc., they more often than not get met with a "You need access - Ask for access, or switch to an account with access" message. However, they're already signed in, and Google is just fixating on an account without permissions. The user is forced to manually switch accounts - an annoying interruption that, meeting after meeting, has led to millions of hours of lost productivity at scale.
The fix is simple: Google should recognize all accounts that a user is signed into after a Google Drive application is launched BEFORE denying access.
Working from home is infuriating enough - please help surface this petition to the right Google Product Manager and make everyone's life a little bit better.
