I too tried to return an item in original packaging, opened just enough to see the color was incorrect and just a week after receiving it in the mail. I filled out the return order on-line, as required, and indicated I wanted a refund. The emailed response said I only qualified for an exchange or store credit. I called and was told by an incredibly rude 'customer service' rep (Sarah) that that brand never qualifies for a refund, only exchange or credit. The return policy does not indicate that. I will keep these socks just so that I no longer have to deal with these people. I will certainly never order from them again and will let everyone I know not to use them.
