The very worst customer service ever. They spend more time blaming you than trying to fix the problem. Just got a return authorization I asked for 2 1/2 months ago. Who doesn't give you your money back from unworn items?? This is a rip off, big time.

I have had similar and worse. The customer service reps lie, repeatedly. I thought it was jus a bad rep the first time it happened, but it has happened several times now, so I believe that lying to customers to is a company policy--which is very bad.

I placed in order in Aug. didn't fit, exchanged, for larger size. Still small returned for store credit, they sent me another pair - different brand, cheaper price, when I called Cust. Service, they told me they are all the same and just send back and they will issue credit. So when i order using credit the item cost me additional money, but is discontinued by manufacturer so that is more of a credit. I emailed and said I feel the additional money should not be a credit since in was the never shipped and should be credited back to me, so they credited my bank account, then two weeks later they take it back out. Then when I call them about it first they try telling me the item was shipped to me and they have a tracking #, when I'm sitting there looking at the original email saying the item was no longer available and what my new store credit was. When I told them I didn't receive it cause it was never shipped but discontinued, he had to go check with the manufacturer. then came back and told me he would have to check with his team and get back to me. So we will see........... Just want my money back and to be done with this company. Huge disappointment!!!!!!!

Deceitful company. I requested full refund for non-opened product only to be told I could return the product for credit or exchange only. Nowhere on their site does it say no refunds. I see there are many others who have the same complaint.

Terrible customer return service, deceitful practices and slow, poor shipping policies and unhelpful 'customer service'. They should be out of business.

I too tried to return an item in original packaging, opened just enough to see the color was incorrect and just a week after receiving it in the mail. I filled out the return order on-line, as required, and indicated I wanted a refund. The emailed response said I only qualified for an exchange or store credit. I called and was told by an incredibly rude 'customer service' rep (Sarah) that that brand never qualifies for a refund, only exchange or credit. The return policy does not indicate that. I will keep these socks just so that I no longer have to deal with these people. I will certainly never order from them again and will let everyone I know not to use them.
