Fix GPS on Nexus 7-2. Keep employees, vendors, customers informed.

The new Google Nexus 7 has problems with GPS staying locked. It doesn't. About half of the owners have experienced this problem. Thus far, three weeks after release, Google's only response has been an informal post on a Google bulletin board that they are looking into it--that was about the second day into this. No word since, including in response to various news organizations reporting the problem. On top of that, customers ever today who contact Asus tech support (device manufacturer) are told that they've never heard of the problem, and then the customers are run through useless activities to get GPS to work--we know they are useless because we have hundreds of people reporting so. Those folks who contact Best Buy, where many of them were purchased, are also being told that Best Buy has never heard of this problem. This is ridiculous: Don't these businesses employees read the tech news services? Bottom line: Google needs to put out some word to their very disgruntled customers. And they need to keep them updated until these problems are resolved.
