Google is allowing people to intimidate and harass users on it's website, Youtube, and Destroy their Livelihood through invalid Click Bombing attacks to their Google Adsense ads.
What is troubling is that when a person contacts Google Corp. to report the attack, and or protect their account, they find themselves dropped from the program. Google Corp. is unresponsive to the needs of the Youtube Partner Program, and people using the Adsense program.

The Youtube Partner program was created by Google in order to allow people to monetize their videos using Adsense to generate money from views and ad clicks on their videos. This provided an outlet for people to express their creativity on Youtube while making money for both Google and the partner, a mutually beneficial relationship.
However, there is one flaw in the program. Since money is generated based on views and ad clicks on one’s videos, one could in theory inflate their number of clicks through manually clicking or a program, skimming money off of Google. This is against the spirit of the program, and Google has implemented a system where if someone experiences a sudden raise in revenue, their Adsense is shut off and they no longer receive money from Google.
This is well and good, but cybernetic bullies have recently added a new weapon to their arsenals: Click bombing. Click bombing refers to the act of Excessively clicking on a Youtube partner’s video ads, causing them to lose their Adsense, Partnership, and money. All Money earned up to that point is taken as well as the day of invalid activity. This is basically stealing honestly earned money from a Youtube user following Google’s Terms of Service, and certainly a crime. Cybernetic Bullies have been intimidating and harassing partners for a while now, using this newfound method with extreme prejudice and not only hurting people on the internet, but taking their income. Despite this, Youtube’s current method of dealing with this problem is completely ineffective. There have been cases in which people have made videos claiming that they were going to click bomb someone, the target reported it to Youtube before it happened, and they still lost their Adsense, while the perpetrator got away. As of now, the only option for a Youtube partner coming under threat of click bombing (assuming that they’re fortunate enough to know about it beforehand) is to temporarily turn off their own Adsense, which is not only a temporary fix but also is still keeping partners from receiving money for their videos.
As you can see, click bombing is a new problem that requires a new hands on approach. We are suggesting that Google assign one or more employees to create a research department for partners, who can investigate specific click bombing attacks where there is clear evidence of a crime being committed. Google needs to stop these criminals from holding the artists of Youtube in their grip, and remove their access to Youtube sites. This solution is simple, inexpensive, and would be effective. Both Youtube and the people who use it would mutually benefit, which has been the goal of the partner program since day one.
