Many times during the process of choosing what type of Asian or language selection the option of Tibetan has not been recognized. on websites for example applying to Universities or applying for jobs the option for Tibetan language, selection has not been shown. By not inputting the Tibetan as ethnicity or a language it has shown that it has not been acknowledged as Asian culture and demand to be inputted. Many times during applications Tibetans are intrigued and either put in Indian or Nepalese due to the lack of acknowledgment by websites that are powered by Google or Microsoft. by implementing the choice for Tibetan to be a type of Asian or a language selection it makes it easier as well as empowering for the younger generations who are trying to build their future.
