On the night of October 4th 2021 just prior to midnight my son was in desperate need of medical attention, for he was having a life threatening reaction do to the narrcatic he had taken. He was at his residence with his girlfriend of 3 months . She watched him (Robby) struggling for air to breathe as she took her phone and video taped him literally taking his last breath she than left him lying out in the driveway as she went inside and went to bed . She awoke at 6am next morning then called the Holy Hill Police Department. My son died because she didn't call 911, his death is ruled as accidental overdose. No Charges, No Law Broken, is what my grandson and our family have been told, All because this state has no good Samaritan Law to protect human life. Please there needs to be a law against watching someone die. If someone is able to video, than they are sure capable of dialing 911.  My son is gone forever at a young age due to Ignorance of a so called girlfriend. I'm asking for help on signatures to get this law passed for this state please No one deserves to just be left to die like that, Noone.
