For those who are unaware, Mimi and Papa plan to eat dinner at the Konigs tonight.  3 people at this dinner (I won't name them so I do not embarrass them) have just arrived in Dallas from the two most highly infected states in America.

As we know, those most at risk for coronavirus are “older adults” (anyone over 60); anyone with heart disease, diabetes, or lung disease; and anyone who is “immunocompromised.” Mimi and Papa are both well over 60, and Papa has diabetes!!

20-somethings are carrying it (mostly symptom free) more than any other age group. There is a great chance someone at the dinner table has coronavirus and is asymptomatic, however, they will still spread the virus! 

Unfortunately, our beloved M&P are not taking this outbreak seriously, because their main source of news is Fox News. Fox News’ chief medical correspondent has repeatedly assured viewers that the coronavirus is “at worst” comparable to the flu, calling the officials at the World Health Organization “a bunch of alarmists.” However, On March 11, the government’s leading infectious disease official testified before Congress that the coronavirus is “10 times more lethal” than the seasonal flu.
