Goibibo is not willing to refund money of its customers whose flights and trains has been cancelled,hotel bookings which has been cancelled due to covid-19.And goibibo is also behaving very irresponsible when coming to customers service and satisfaction.

After the re-openning of hotel industries i had booked a hotel named HOTEL LAKSHMI GRAND at visakhapatnam on 10th july.When i arrived to the hotel i find that the gates of the hotel is closed and no response to the call in landline.After a while i some how managed to arrange owners number and contact him.The hotelier said the hotel is closed(while the booking for it was open in goibibo�) and asked me to reach another hotel and there they will provide me the room.They don't even arranged a cab or auto for reaching the first hotel to the said hotel.

Any how i reached there and met them.There they asked me to accomodate at the said hotel.i denied and asked why should i stay here when i booked some other hotel?They said the hotel is closed and you have to stay here or you can switch to some other hotel�.As i was in hurry i accomodate there and thought to reach goibibo after my work.When i call cust.care no there's no option key to talk with them�.
