The National Tax Service (NTS) is of immense repute and it's crucial for its proceedings to be conducted with utmost transparency, ensuring a fair and lawful review of Cha Eun-woo's tax matters. We emphasize the importance of adhering to principles like due process, proportionality, and particularly, the presumption of innocence. National Tax Service (국세청): Conduct the review fully in accordance with law, ensuring fairness, proportionality, and transparency. The unauthorized disclosure of Cha Eun-woo’s tax information raises serious concerns regarding violations of privacy and data protection laws. We therefore request that the National Tax Service initiate a formal investigation into the leak and take appropriate corrective and disciplinary measures.

 Ministry of National Defence (국방부): We respectfully urge to uphold the integrity of its established enlistment procedures and to refrain from allowing external petitions or speculation to undermine the fairness and credibility of the military band selection process involving Cha Eun-woo.

Withholding the storytelling videos of Cha Eun Woo from the public undermines his presumption of innocence and as a prestigious Ministry governing the national security in the country, it is important for MND to show commitment to upholding and protecting the rights of every soldier serving the nation, irrespective of their social standing. We respectfully urge these videos to be made available to the public again and also to make full use Cha Eun Woo's enlistment by continuing to use his talents in public facing events and media, as a representation of the MND safeguarding Cha Eun Woo's presumed innocence and his rights to a fair process. His popularity, integrity and consistent good character will no doubt be an asset in promoting the Ministry's activities as well.
