My name is Kemiki Adetayo David, and am a Glo subscriber (08053273237). Yesterday evening, i subscribed for their 4.5GB plan. My phone is a typical 4G phone and cannot be downgraded to 3G or 2G. Knowing fully well that my Glo sim card doesn't support 4G yet, I rushed to the nearest Glo office with the intention of swapping to a 4G sim, only to be told 4G sim isn't available anywhere in Ibadan and there's no news on when it will be available. I called the customer care (444), and I spoke to one Mr Olabisi Adekanye, who was so rude to me and even told me to go ahead and petition Glo. Nigerians deserve value for the money they spend, Glo's negligence of duty shouldn't be paid for by a poor subscriber like me, because my subscription is running. Asides that, Globacom and other providers exists only because of we, the customers, an Agent should talk to us with so much respect. I challenge Glo to do something about this fast, and I also demand an apology from the Agent himself.
