Why this petition matters

Dear Residents of BHM,

I would like to petition BHM to ask Glide for compensation with regards to our recent internet issues. That compensation to be shared with the residences of BHM.

The majority of us are all remote workers here and it's essential for us to have a stable and working internet. In fact, this is as essential as water, heat and power.

Some of us are key workers which need to be able to access remote servers and perform actions and maintenance which is essential for the UK's power infrastructure, speaking for myself. Similarly, IT support across all sectors which require stable remote access.

Some of us are in Sales or work with clients where remote meetings via teams or zoom are a mandatory requirement for the growth and support of key client relationships.

Some of us work in the medical field and/or therapy which again requires stable internet for remote sessions for the welfare of their patients. 

We have been patient and are understanding of the current situation, however we feel that this issue has been going on far too long and therefore call for immediate action and financial recompense as a result of these issues.
