I have a Daughter that have Autism.That she was being Mental Abuse by non usa citizen Green card Holder. My Daughter step mother had made a whatsapp recording telling my Daughter that she need to tell her mom she is stupid woman that she look like animal .That if  Her mom was at Ghana she would be killed because she look like animal.The problem is there no protection for a parent and a Child who is getting Bully by Non usa Citizen. We need to get new law where any Bully by non usa citizen should get Deport or Jail time.I feel with Safety of others.I feel that there should be Full mental examination done on anybody that trying enter United States.That anybody that is Harmful to themself or other should not entry United State until they are no Longer a Threat to them self or to others.
