I have a hard time wearing regular shirts because they scratch my arms and I feel that if I was allowed to wear a wife beater then I would feel more comfortable and have an easier time doing my work at school. I just want to be able to feel comfortable and free at school. I'm not asking to be naked just to wear a wife beater which covers every thing and isn't a distraction.
