Thousands of commuters could be forced off buses and onto Light Rail with a plan to shut down 25 bus routes in Sydney's South East.

It is clear our community does not support the Government’s decision to privatise our Eastern Suburbs buses.

Despite being told nothing had been developed, we now know that the Government has extensive plans to reduce services and force people to use the disastrous light rail. Please voice your concerns! 

The light rail takes longer, has fewer seats, services fewer areas and continues to break down on a daily basis. This unreliable and slow service should not be commuters’ only option to get to and from the city.

I do not want to lose the Maroubra, South Coogee, Coogee, Randwick, Matraville, Little Bay, Kingsford, Kensington, Malabar and La Perouse bus services, they are vital to our lives.
