In the lead up to the 2017 North Shore byelection the NSW Premier made a commitment to build a road tunnel linking Balgowlah with the Warringah Expressway.

This tunnel would provide through traffic from the Northern Beaches with an alternative to using the Spit Road/Military Road corridor.

This would have the effect of significantly reducing traffic congestion across Lower North Shore and drastically reducing journey times to and from Northern Beaches.

The purpose of this petition is to hold NSW Premier to this commitment.
