Tracey Shipley is a 60 yr old Victorian woman who was sexually assaulted at the age of 14 in the state of Western Australia. She reported the assault to vic police, the perpetrator now lives in Victoria and has confessed to the crime but due to the law the Western Australian police would need to extrodit the perpetrator back to WA to arrest him. The WA police have told Tracey that it's not worth their while to do this. As you could imagine this has caused Tracey to feel very unimportant, and is impacting her mental health.
