Special needs children

I'm the mother of a little boy with autism global development delay and learning disabilities I went to the hospital with my son and they wanted blood tests which was fine 

They then went on to take us in alittle box room were my son was surrounded by 3 members of staff all taking to him and trying to hold him to get the blood this in turn invaded his space and cause a meltdown at no point did they ask me how it would be best to do the test they just assumed 

After I told them to move away and just do the test hr was fine this is shocking to think they think this is appropriate there needs to be change . This is why children with special needs go into meltdown and in some cases get violent
