Our amazing biology teacher, Mr. Nelson, was fired this week due to a fight that broke out during one of his classes. Mr. Nelson was a long-term sub and has been nothing but great this semester and last. However, Mr. Nelson is a 75 year old man who doesn't have the capabilities to truly intervene and stop a fight "soon enough" according to the school leading to his job being revoked. Mr. Nelson came out of retirement to help our school with the substitute shortage. We ask nothing more than a second chance for Mr. Nelson.
