Kenneth Marina should be given 4 counts in the new fight song choreography. 

Bio:

Kenneth Marina is currently Assistant Director of Bands at Copperas Cove Junior High School.  He directs the Concert Band and assists the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band. He also teaches beginning trumpet, trombone, euphonium, and tuba classes.  Mr. Marina is also an instructor for the Copperas Cove High School Pride of Cove Marching Band.

This is Mr. Marina’s third year teaching with the Copperas Cove Independent School District, and his sixth year teaching. Before teaching at Copperas Cove JH, he taught at S.C. Lee JH and in Killeen, TX.  Under his direction, his bands have earned the ratings of Superior and Excellent.

Mr. Marina is a graduate of Copperas Cove High School in Copperas Cove, Texas.  Mr. Marina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music from The University of Texas at San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas.  He is an alumnus of The Crossmen (2010) and The Cavaliers (2011, 2012) Drum and Bugle Corps, whereas he was a bronze medalist in the 2011 Drum Corps International World Championships.

His professional affiliations include Texas Bandmasters Association, Texas Music Educators Association, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America .
