So im looking to start a petition for all you lovely animal lovers more so cat lovers. Im asking for everyone to pull together and lets make it law that if a cat is involved in any type freak accident such as RTA etc that it is law to take them for medical treatment or so the owner can be informed of whats happened to there beloved pet. Im also hoping for if your pet is outdoors please get them chipped as my poor boy was involved in a RTA and the ver struggled to contact me as my boy wasnt chipped and he was left at the side of the road for not any longer than 20 mins but if the driver that hit him acted straight away rather than leave my boy to suffer the vets mightve been able to his right front limb please im asking for everyone to sign please for our animals which is family members there not just pets.
