24 Staff at Southend Council shared £3 Million Pound amongst themselves .
Any money a council has comes from council tax payers and or from tax payers in the UK.
This means it is not their money to share . It is ours .
In Southend on Sea there is a huge homeless problem and this £3 million pound could be used to house many homeless for at least 6 months to a year and beyond .
Council staff are suppose to be working for the community and this shows they are clearly not .
Greed and injust.
