Americans have been hurting financially for over a year now. Too many are underwater on rents, mortgages IF they were lucky enough not have have lost their homes or evicted from their rentals. We are supposed to be a world-leading country, but YOU, our Senators & members of Congress have FAILED us. Other countries have seen the necessity of basically underwriting their people in order to keep their economies afloat and their people from adding to the already unforgivable number of homeless in this country. You refused to stand up to Trump, yet you had NO troubles granting HIGE windfalls to this country’s wealthiest.
For once, do the right thing and help the very people who voted to send you to DC to represent THEM!
And as far as the $15.00 an hour wage you’re hollering about, YOU try to live on that with NO PERKS that your office accords you!
It is unconscionable that our elected officials are so detached that they don’t see the day to day struggles of the average American. It’s a sad reflection of this country.
