We the undersigned members of of the Sacco wish to request for an AGM as provided by the co-operative’s by law to inter alia :-
1. Approve the budget
2. Receive the auditors report
3. Elect officials for the next year
4. Transact any other business .

We have learnt that NO such meeting has been planned contrary to the by - laws and the co- operative act . This leaves room for imagination if there is any harmful motive planned by the board to frustrate the efforts of the hardworking members of this sacco.

The meeting should be planned soonest and the 21 days notice given to the members:- that is by 3rd June 2021 at 6 :00 PM

We hope that the management committee can apply from the cooperative Sacco officials to hold the zoom meeting as advised by the government so we can hold the AGM .
