Petition Senate:ask ICE to use their discretion & Grant Stay of Deportation

Mr. Rodriguez is an outstanding father of two U.S. Citizen born children. He is a hard-working family man, a Christian man, who is a wonderful father and husband. Overall he is a contribution to the community. He has two great U.S. Citizen born children, who are great students, under gifted programs, and who would be severely affected emotionally, psychologically, and economically if their father is forcefully deported to the U.S.- Mr. Rodriguez meets the requirements set out in the August 2011, John Morton Memo, and as such the stay of deportation, should be granted to him, as he can not return to Colombia, his country of origin, because he had to flee Colombia with his wife, due to persecution from terrorist guerillas and he remains fearful for his life. He is an upstanding father, husband, and member of the community and it would be inhumane to separate him from his American born children.
