The residents of the The Parks Subdivision are asking Caleb Fuqua and The Ghertner Property Management company to change or suspend the garbage can bi-law for the subdivision until the homeowners have a say in the bi-law.  We are proposing to allow garbage cans to be stored on the side of the house, but homes should remain clear of any trash or other debris stored outside of the trash cans. This will keep our neighborhood looking nice until the residents can decide on the future of this rule. We are asking residents to sign this petition so it can be delivered to Ghertner and Caleb Fuqua to consider our opinions.
