As as Co-op  We are requesting the green garbage bins. We have a regular bin  that every day it is over flowing with garbage. People are putting  washers and dryers and furniture, bikes and other items  that are not considered  house hold garbage.  when the bin is over flowing  the lids are not able to close which can bring bears and bird to tear up anything that is in there,  Most times  we have to go out there and clean up the parking lots of garbage because of this.  This makes the co-op  look dirty. So with the green bins this will stop all the mess and people using the bin the wrong way and also stop non tenants from using it as well.
