Tracy Harlan 47yr old of Springdale lost her life to the hands of a drunk driver Early morning Saturday April 30th. The individual who took her life was given a 10,000.00 bond and released with only paying 1,000.00. Tracy is loved by many and didn’t deserve to lose her life due to this individual’s decision to get behind the wheel after drinking.
