I'm Petitioning for the National Guard to make it's way to the city of Philadelphia for a safer environment for the youth and the elderly. The City of Philadelphia has been in major attack within it's own community! I believe we all have to get together in the Community and make a change within but there are a lot of people who are scared of speaking up and scared of retaliation from them speaking up and getting these criminals off of the street. We have babies killing babies, senseless crimes, and innocent people getting caught in the cross fire of it all. There has been a total of 400 Homicides in Philadelphia right now. The numbers have been rising since the Pandemic first started 2020. I believe we need programs to stimulate our youths, we need more jobs and programs or trades that can get people who believe that there is nothing out there for them a chance to live a better life! There is nothing being done in the Police Department, I can agree that they may be trying their best but their best is NOT enough. I'm tired of looking at these Philly Instagram news outlets and the local news channels and seeing the devastation. I think I speak for all Philadelphians when I say, "Enough is enough." We want the national guard, we want curfews for our youth, we want to feel safe walking down the street, and living the life God has purposed for us all. We want freedom. All of these people creating these crimes are products of their environment and they don't see a way out. I'm making this petition because I believe we can make this happen. At least I can say I tried something, my heart goes out to everyone in the city that has lost someone young and old to this city's wicked crimes.
