My amazing Husband, Father to our Son’s & much loved Son & Brother to his Family, was tragically injured & died 2 years ago.

Many Countries worldwide have some form of ‘Duty to Rescue Law’ in place. Where at a bare minimum, Emergency Services have to be alerted if an individual is found injured.

Unfortunately without this Law, the person who injured my husband & another observer cannot be prosecuted for leaving him in a critical condition & not providing or summoning any help. 

By the time a ‘Good Samaritan Family’ stopped called 999 & did CPR, it was simply too late to late to save him.

We are all completely lost without him.

As an NHS Nurse I know that every second counts when trying to save lives. 

Please help us to get this Law introduced Into British Law & we will save lives in the future.

I would not wish the Trauma & Severe Grief we have suffered on anyone. Thank You
