The problem is that not all people can afford healthcare. If this gets the attention of Gov. Newsom then he could step in and pass a law about the healthcare. The law would say that healthcare would be paid by government. Not all of the healthcare would be payed but 75% or more would be. This would help because then average day person could afford healthcare. This would prevent unnecessary deaths from occurring.
