Kosher Plate is a popular lunch destination for Pitt students. However, the station is quite understaffed, as there is only one woman, named Ruthie, who runs Kosher Plate. When there are more than a couple of people in line, wait times become quite long for service. This is not the fault of Ruthie - she is just one person making food for all the customers. It is quite frustrating for her as she often cannot keep up with the demand.

This petition is for the purpose of asking Pitt Eats officials to provide Ruthie with a second fryer and a conveyor toaster. The second fryer will be used to increase the quantity of falafel and fries that can be made. The conveyor toaster will increase the efficiency of heating up the Pita bread (the current method of heating up the Pitas by using a heat plate is inefficient). Ruthie has expressed a want for these items.

Ruthie could also use a helper at Kosher Plate, so if anyone reading this is interested please talk to Ruthie - she will happily accept help.

After a satisfactory number of signatures have been received, this petition as well as a message will be sent to Pitt Eats officials that will ask for the said items.
