The Pride In Sport Network is a national not-for-profit sporting inclusion program specifically designed to assist sporting organisations at all levels with the inclusion of employees, athletes, volunteers and spectators with diverse genders and sexualities. 

This network has been central in advocating for LGBTQI+ athletes within their sports and providing key resources that educate and create safe spaces for athletes to train and perform.

Current members of the network include the AIS, Swimming Australia, Athletics Australia, Cricket Australia and Netball Australia. All large highly funded organisations but we seem to have a major sporting organisation missing...

Despite years of requests from many parties to get Rowing Australia to join this network there has been no action and RA continues to fail the LGBTQI+ athletes in the community at all levels. 

I know the Australian Rowing Community cares and loves its LGBTQI+ community so let's see if we can get Rowing Australia to care too!
