today I come to you to say that buying uniforms and regular clothes for our kids to go to school is too costly!!! We are in a recession and in a pandemic for three years now and it’s too much pressure to keep up with buying two set of clothes for basically for the school satisfaction because it’s not satisfying the people of the kids that goes to Baldwin county school district and it’s coming to this either but school uniforms or miss payments on mortgage and rent or light bills and water bills it’s down right sickening to even have to write you all about this when the news says we are in a recession and we are in a recession and still have to worry about putting food on the table because bread went up two dollars and gas shot up to five dollars a gallon and many of parents feel the pain cause we all are struggling and if we could get some help and relief by focusing on one set of clothes and that’s regular clothes please and thank you!!! Get rid of school uniforms please and thank you it’s too costly and the high school and middle school wear regular clothes and so should the elementary schools….it should be up to the parents too and im a parent and I’m speaking for the ones that haven’t even thought about if we could petition this and I’m here today to shine the light on this issue…
